I just installed a set of the Tufskinz too. Wanted the protection, but also loved the 4WD graphic... reminds me of the older Toyota trucks that first got my attention years ago.

What are the dimensions (length x width) of those flaps, please?

I’m out in the woods for a couple of days and don’t have anything to measure them with. I can help you out when I get back though.

Installed a set of Weathertechs last Saturday. Great design and fit, with NO drilling. Only one extra screw needed per flap, and it was included. Maybe 5 minutes per flap to install.

approx 11x15 is tufskinz standard measurements but, you can contact them, give them specific dimensions, and they will custom make the size you like/want. the 11x15 are approx 2 inches shorter in the front, and 1 inch shorter in the rear, than the stock oem toyota molded mudguards. I asked them to make me a complete set front and rear 11x18" for me, those measurements would offer more protection for road slop. if i had to do it again, i would have went with 20" long flaps on the fronts, and a white logo, instead of the cement logo i ordered. here is a link to a discussion on them. for the custom size, it only took 10 days to order, and receive... and that was mid pandemic, and christmas shipping. FWIW, I like the subtle cement rather than brilliant white on the flaps.

Do you mind taking a pic of the inside front flap from the wheel well? I have been waiting to see your follow up. I wanted longer flaps also and am now debating between 18” or 20” as you said.

@Silentshredr hope these help, the flaps are shiny on the inside so, you get a mirror reflection, that is why you see the stones in the driveway so well. :D Ski

Ski, Could I impose upon you to get a measurement from the ground to the bottom of the flap? I'm having a hard time deciding on the length I want to order. As you say, custom order, better get it right the first time.

    Thanks

unless we are both lifted and have the same size wheels and tires, that will not help you much. i have a 19 sport with 17" 265/65/17, and 265/70/17 tires (winter/summer), i have a 2" front lift, and 1" rear lift. you will be better off measuring from the bottom of the flare. do you have the factory moulded mudguards? the dimensions are easier having those to compare to. Draw a straight line from bottom of tire to bottom of flap this will show area of protection/not protected. When mounting remember, the front wheels turn and take this into consideration on how far outside the fender to mount flaps.

Didn't realize you were lifted, I have a 2020 Sport with the exact same 265/65 x 17 Toyo tires as yours, but not lifted, and probably won't ever be. If yours is lifted 2 and 1, that tells me what I needed to know, the 11 x 18 will be to long on mine. I think the standard 11 x 15 will be about right.
Thanks for your help, I appreciate you taking the time.
I need to go place an order.
By the way, the idea of winter tires is unknown here in SE Georgia. Some winters, the idea of winter is pretty much unknown.

personally, I would go with my length, if i were on stock height. i now that i have them, i would want the fronts another inch or even 2 longer. the rears at 18" are perfect, for me. Ski

Mud flaps are cheap and easy, so put them on.

I like them. Helps kick down rocks and other debris. I also think it looks utilitarian. I used 1/8 ABS plastic to make mine since no aftermarket options would work for my bumper. Need to work on how to mount some to the front without rubbing.

I bought my '20 TRD OR 4x4 used, with the OEM flaps already installed. I've debated taking them off, or leaving only the rears but they don't really bother me so I've left them alone, so far. They do seem vulnerable to being yanked-off doing even moderate off-roading.
