Can anyone recommend mud flaps for the 3rd gen taco with the cab mount chop. I have 285/75r16s and a 2.5” icon lift. I can’t seem to find anything on a manufacturer website that addresses this. Rock Bloxs installation video shows a 35” tire without a cmc but there is absolutely no room for articulation. I haven’t done the chop yet but want to be prepared. I saw a thread were they used a bit of angle iron with the Rock Bloxs. Not the cleanest of fixes. Rec gen universals look like they may work but at $250 per pair (ouch). I had the standard rec gens when I was running stock tires but reinstalling them with the bigger tires I couldn’t even turn the wheel without rubbing the hell out of the tire. Without the flaps I’m still rubbing the cab support so I need the chop. A full set of Rock Bloxs ($150) is more reasonable if the lower mount can be relocated
