    I personal like them on my truck. I like protecting my paint and drivers behind me. I original had a set of Rally Armor Universal mud flaps for 2 years. I recently change those out to a set of Rekgens.

    Mud flaps are especially useful keeping road salt from being spun onto and under your truck.

    They do help keep the schmutz off the side of the truck and the OEMs don't look too bad. I kept them and removed the running boards.

    Pretty sure some states as ours require them to be on the vehicle at all times. At any rate they do protect your vehicle as well as others. Imo, this ceramic glass coating has been the best thing ever to happen for protecting the paint from flying road crap. After a year the paint is still spotless...no paint chips from small stones, even a black paint smudge from another car door that hit mine easily rubbed right out.

    I put the Husky flaps on the rear of my truck. They are a little wider than stock and bolt to the stock holes so if you run wider tires/wheels it will help with coverage. Here's a couple of pics of stock vs Husky on my 2nd gen. For reference, the tires are 305's.
