4" off the front mud flaps

1- clean and dry the mud flaps

2-put masking tape on them between 3-1/2" and 4-1/2" mark from bottom up

3- draw a straight line at 4" with a sharpie on the masking tape

4-saw the mud flap off with a hack saw... slow and easy

5- use the original cut off piece to draw the corners and trim them off

6- use fine sand paper to smooth out edges and cut lines

I almost did this today. Looks pretty easy now that I see this. Not a fan of those long front flaps.

I made the fronts the same length as the rears. Only cut off 2". No problems ever again. Used tin snips to cut them, must easier than a saw.
