    I had a friend of mine remove 4" in length from the front ones. He used a water jet and the edges are perfect.
    I would have rock chips galore without map flaps.

    I agree. And they were that floppy rubber. The new ones just break off on speed bumps.

    Fronts off, kept hanging them up on curbs and ditches. Backs are still on for now since they haven't gotten in the way...yet.
