A few OE parts from fancy trucks
Wheel isn't the issue, overall dia of the package is. Is this significantly larger than OE?

Most folks find the OE flaps on road to be fine.

Most folks remove them if they have much taller than OE tires which rub the flap.

But even with OE tire sizes the trail often removes it for them.
