Im probably in a minority, but I like having mud guards. I want to get some goodyear duratechs or BFG A/T's, but may go to the next size up.

I'd rather get the duratechs, but I believe the closest size is 265/75/16
I have a 2 in lift in the front and rear TSB

Will I have to lose the front mudguards?

    Thanks

I have no rubbing on my mudflaps with 265/70/17 MT's ( same size tire )

Even with the stock suspension before I installed my lift it was no problem

I may actually go to a 1.75 in front with bilstiens to get a slight rake to front, good to know they will fit regardless

Some people has said they had a bit of rubbing , but even with the wheels turned at their closest , I still had 3/4" of clearance .

hmm... i have heard that the duratracs run a little large, I wonder if that's what they are talking about... but if you still have 3/4 clearance with m/t's... food for thought

I have no lift, stock PreRunner, and I have no rubbing. Don't know if that helps at all in your decision.
