I've looked on the Toyota site under the "build" section and they don't show mudguards as an add-on. Are they now standard equipment?tia

Got it. Wonder if my build will have them? Dealer couldn't tell me! Parts department doesn't have them listed I was told.

You are correct the dealer can not find them very easy at the moment. My truck will be delivered at the end of the month and it has mud guards that I did not order and do not want. The dealer is having such a hard time finding mud guards that they called me to see if I would sell them to another customer when my truck shows up. Seem kind of hard to find....I'm thinking twice MSRP is fair for these rare mud guards....hehehehe

I was just being a wise ass about the price. I will sell them for invoice which is what I paid for the. My dealer already has another local in Elko that wants them. If that deal falls through I have a TW member that has already worked out a deal. I'm not going to screw anyone on price I just don't want to loose money. Cheers.

Yes for Canada. I suspect once the dealers initial orders are filled they should become available freely in the US. The OEM are hard polymer and from what I have seen are not going to stand up to much abuse from hidden branches or rocks when fording mud holes or backing up in heavy deep snow. Why they are not made from a softer rubber compound is anyone's guess. Time will tell how long they last up here.

I might be buying mine from a Canadian, maybe post something in the Canadian thread to see if anyone wants to sell theirs?

I'll check with our dealer this morning and see if they have them to sell and what they cost.
