Yes... still gets my pants dirty tho but getting in is better. I gained an 1" with the new tire/wheel combo and my wife is shorter than me by a fair amount.

That is why I traded my 6 month old Colorado in last November. My Tacoma has good seals. I have the OEM mud guards on my street princess also.

Hey OP... Madflaps are called mudflaps for a reason..... "They flap that mud right back on the road".... hehe....

Your weather stripping is working fine...look at your pic.... nothing got past it... The mud is on the outer edge of the rocker panel...

I've got the flaps AND OEM running boards and NO problems like this.... Your paint is gonna take a beating like this....

Here's mine.... I have got into the habit of placing 1 foot on the board and "scoutching" forward a bit, so that I can get out without pants on the board..... DSCN0938.jpg

    Cheers....:canada:

Be sure and train your women, too. Nothing worse than muddy stilettos and fish net. :D

I welded my doors shut, watched 'The Dukes of Hazard' for a couple of hours. Now I don't have to worry about getting mud on my jeans anymore. Just gotta be careful not to bump the head on the way in.

I might need to find some flaps, I live in Alaska and they put gravel on the roads instead of salt.

Wise investment. It'll save your lower door panel.

Smart move.... I used to live "up north" in Ontario, where they do not use salt...they let the snow pack a little on the Hwy. and add only sand...only on the curves..... That's the way it should be... NO salt to rot yer truck..... Good traction if you need it in the corners... and you actually learn to drive on hard packed snow....

Way better than driving in the sloppy shit created by salt.............
