    Rims tires 4 inch lift hids roof racks radio color matched bumper, , fenders, 5% tint straight pipe color matched everything
    Would I be able to clear 33s with a 3 inch leveling kit.

    Depends on how much trimming you want to do and the backspacing of your wheels,or if you want to spend the money on wheel spacers to get proper backspacing.
