True, im sure you have not gotten into any agressive terrain. otherwise you would have gotten stuck

Not exactly. When you're trying to have fun in the mud your trac control is freaking out thinking you are sliding off a cliff on some slippery mountain road. Sometimes it does help to shift power from slipping tires to gripping tires but if you're really sliding around it's gonna be braking your tires so much you;ll be going through, just real slow with a bunch of beeping and 'shuttering' from your brakes. It's ok, just more fun to turn it off and let the driver control the factors.

Plus the 2nd gear 4HI suggestion is just a good place/speed to be getting through stuff... if you have an open area there's no reason you cant be flat out in 4th going sideways :D

4lo is for slowly crawling. Use 2H and 4H for mud. You can always select the gear you wish to be in to further lower your gearing, ie 1-5th gear with 4H.

definately 4h to start, if you get stuck try 4l, if none of the above works time to hook up the strap.

i got stuck because i was showin off in 2h, got hung up and stuck, when i tried switching to 4h it wouldnt lock in, after about 15 minutes got it to lock into 4h and skinny pedaled out

if you get suck in 4h with the traction control off you may want to try turning it back on to get out of the mud. TRAC in 4h or 4l is auto limited slip differentials. meaning all four wheels will spin in the mud.

4wd is not true 4wd with open diffs. if your in mud only one front and one rear wheel will spin.

Another good 'secret to success' in mudding: when you start losing forward traction and feel like you might soon get stuck, start whipping the steering wheel left and right. It helps give the tires a fresh bite and can kindof walk you forward.

Yes, you have to stop and hold the button down to turn it off. If you leave it on, it cuts out your accelerator when you lose traction, which is like always in the mud.

nice. You beat me. I've only done like 100mph. That's the fastest my speedo has ever seen.
