Are aftermarket fender flares such as rough country or NYTOP or Seibon compatible with mudflaps?

rough country ones dont seem compatible. not sure about NYTOP . Any verifications are appreciated.

don't think its an issue....
The simple flaps like Rokblokz or Ark dont have contoured outside raised molded edges that contours the fender flare, so theres options...
pretty sure the mf mounts to the actually fender pinch / inner fender well area & not the actual flare...
so I cant see a reason why a mf won't work, if you pick the right mf...
