Hello guys, I’ve been searching the forums and can’t really get a straight answer for the second gens for the mufflers. I’m looking for a thrush muffler to be put on and was gonna pick one up from autozone. Now i don’t know which outlets to get like the offset ones, center and offset or what exactly... also if i should get the Weld on or the turbo style muffler. Don’t want loud or anything just the sound of a little power and nice pull. Thank you in advance for the help all!! :)

Depending on how you want your set up, you can go with either a center in/center out or single in/dual out... really up to you. I'm pretty sure our trucks have 2.25' exhaust tubing.

As for the style I'm not sure what you mean by turbo style, do you mean that it has a flange? I would say just go with a weld on, avoid any exhaust leaks if it's done right.

Just wanna chop out the stock one and weld up a new one. So looking to whatever will mount up best and easiest. As for the “weld on” and “turbo” those are just like the names of different ones. Like the model type. Different sounds to em.

Ahh I see, well then single center in/center out with a 2.25inch diameter should swap in perfectly.

From the little bit I just researched the weld on sounds a little better IMO
