Multi-panel Rear View Mirrors?!?!?!?!

    Mount it up against the headliner, and forward against the glass, and it is actually higher than the stock mirror.

    Drop your visors and you just have a 2-segment mirror in the middle.

    I seriously developed some VERY bad habits with that mirror.

    It took me a while and a few near-misses to get back into the habit of a shoulder check before making a lane change.

    But I bought the mirror when I had only been driving for a couple of years, so the habits weren't fully engrained.

    Whippersnapper02 updated his '09-'11 to the '12 panel... there's a writeup on it somewhere, but it's pretty basic, just an R&R.

    Swayaway stock replacement coils, Bilstein 5100's (rear), Removed Swaybar, Magnaflow Exhaust, 8000k HID Kit, camburg UCAs, camburg spindles, Doug thorley shorties
    into the headliner? with what self-tappers or machine bolts? do i need to pull the head liner down? if one has to use self tappers, do they run the risk of poking through the roof panel? that bottom panel replacement sounds good to me, i have a separation of the 2 dash panels on the driver side. i'd love to make that non-existant.
