    8" suspension lift
i have a 05 tacoma v6 4.0 i started my own business a few years ago and havent had time or money to make any repairs over the last couple years but this weekend im about to tackle some on going issues that my truck has givin me latley.

1st- i was driving in the rain and my speedometer quit working and threw the check engine light. ive also noticed that the fuel guage fluctuates now... strange...

2nd- ive got a 6inch suspension lift stacked on a 2 inch spacer kit, i have to replace the upper ball joints ever year or so. know of any aftermarket ball joints that wont wear out as quick without haveing to get a UCA kit?

3rd- ive got a indash dvd player. i cant get the steering wheel controls to work to save my life. ive tried 2 different kits offered from crutchfield and none will work. maybe im doing something wrong?

4th- my right ABS sensor wire ripped out of my abs sensor. i called the dealership $289 for a sensor!!?? are there aftermarket ones bc i cant find any!

5th- with my truck only having 65k miles my fan infront of the motor makes a constant ticking/grinding noise? is there a bearing for that i can replace?

6th- my left rear window doesnt automaticly come down everytime. sometime i have to push the button numberous times then it will finially work.

sorry for the typos. this being done from my phone and a pain in the ass! ha.
    thanks guys!

some of this, a little of that

Check your motor mounts, is the fan hitting the fan shroud? Might be something else :notsure:

NEVER stack lifts. Get rid of that 2" spacer kit.

there is a TSB on those steering control cable.. The cable that connects the steering wheel mounted controls to the dash..
call the dealer and give them your VIN they can look it up..
