Just seeing this for the first time. Im not much of a praying man anymore, but you will be in my thoughts. Cancer has hit the closest to home for me, but I couldnt imagine what you have gone through. Keep up the good fight. Medications and treatments are advancing at amazing pace. I donate my idle computer time to cancer research. Hopefully one day it makes a difference.

Just an update: My monthly maintenance started in December. I take chemo three times a month and go to Emory for a IV infusion of Zometa once a month. In June I will also add an infusion of IVIG to boost my immune system. My Doctors wanted my Cancer protein level to be at Zero by this August. My protein level has been at zero for four months now . My pain level runs around a 6 each day (bone pain) but I am up and working on my Tacoma when I have time. Life is Good . I do not pray for myself. I pray for the untold number of People who do not yet know that they have cancer.
If you do not feel good do not be shy go to the Doctor.

For those who have been keeping up with my thread. I got a call from the Dr. office today all my tests this month (it has been one years since my transplant) show NO cancer protein in my bone marrow at this time.
I still have to take chemo 3 times a month from now on as a maintenance to keep the cancer down as long as possible. I have alway's been told and it is fact that this monster will return, But I will deal with that shit when it happens. Thanks for all the prayers and messages.
Looking forward to a full Hunting season this year for the first time in two years.

First time in on this thread. You seem to have handled all of this better than I think I ever could. Congrats on the stats. It must be so difficult at times actually knowing what you know. Keep kicking ass!

You never know how strong you are until it is time to be that strong. Cancer blindsided me just like it does everyone. You have to weather the storm and go through Hell to stay here. I went to hell this time last year and pissed on the Devil's carpet and came back. I am in pain every day from the damage the cancer has done to my bones but I am still here. The best way to handle cancer is to find a Dr. that only treats the type of Cancer that you have. It also helps to talk about it. I reached out to a couple of people on TW who made me laugh when I thought I could not. They never let me down. I do not want to get my sinuses all worked up but they know who they are.

Ok guy's... I went back to my Cancer Dr. this past Friday. The results of my Bone Marrow and Bone biopsies were both negative. I am at this time Cancer free. :bananadance: By my history and my Cancer teams calculations they figure that I have had this cancer "smoldering" in my body for at least 8 to 10 years before it showed it's ugly head on March 6th 2017. They also tell me that studies have shown that there is a relation between how long you smolder vs how long before you relapse. This Cancer as I have stated before will come back. I will have to continue monthly Chemo treatments to keep it down. But that is a small price to pay vs Death . My History before this cancer showed up was chronic Phenomena. My immune system was trying to tell me something but nothing showed up in tests until I started having deep bone pain :(. My posts are not for pity I do not want that. My posts are here to make everyone be aware of there own health and if you have a problem grab your balls and face it head on. A lot of times Guy's do not like to go to the Dr. U gotta get past that and take care of yourself. Your Family will thank you and your Tacoma will thank you too.
I will keep posting with updates.
