multiple phones bluetooth in possible?

Not sure if any of you are like me. I carry two phones one is for personal use and the other is business. I hate not having them both sync. Any adapters or trick to make both of them work? What i mean is if I were to have either of the phones ring I can answer it. I know the easiest thing is carrying a Bluetooth headset or sticking a headset in the phones, but i rather have it come out of my speakers.

 

I usually have my work phone sync to the "phone" and my personal sync to the "audio". It works decent. I need to switch sometimes to move the personal to the "phone",

 

i haven't tried that but are you still able to pick up the phone call and speak through it?

 

The music pod casts/ shuts down when I am getting a personal call, so I switch it for the call and then back.

I don't do the texting or voice to text.
