So I just got signed on a local promo for skimming and our first video shoot is tomorrow however the other day I started feeling a cramp I guess in my thigh mabey from running to much not sure... However I need a way to either heal this or take away the pain before tomorrow around 2 ish.. Is there anything I can do? I can only run about a hundred yards or so then it starts stiffing up and cramping so bad I cant even run or jump. This is a very importent video for tomorrow so any suggestions is appreciated. Thanks

You may be low on potassium try eating a lot of bananas and a good stretch on whatever muscle is cramping.

Bengay, heat packs, hydrate, eat some banana's, protein shake, and just keep moving. Don't isolate it and become immobile. You'll seize up if you do that. Walk around, do movements that LIGHTLY engage that muscle. You don't want to stress it and aggravate the problem.

My old Baseball and Cross Country coach would swear by a gulp of mustard to get rid of cramps.
