I didn’t want to do extensive mods either...just cosmetic stuff. You NEED to get the upgraded radio knobs. I know it sounds stupid, but that is one of the best changes I’ve made. (And cheapest). I also think the console organizer is a must. I got the black letter inserts. Added a Sasquatch sticker. OEM all weather mats. Great material and fit with little nubs that grip so they don’t slide.

If you do not want to go expensive mods, then go the cheap route on the radio knobs...
Silicone wedding band from Amazon IMG_1247.jpg (size 13). Mine are gray color but available in many colors. Really makes the knobs easy to grab. Even able to just use one finger to turn the knob.

100% with you on those running boards. They were one of the first things I put on my truck. Way better than any others I've seen.

It doesn't sound stupid. I ordered the AR15 ones from Hondo :) The bottom left portion of my screen is contacts, and I constantly call people by accident when I'm trying to adjust the volume.

The weather mats are fine, but I'd like to get Weathertechs or Huskies but it doesn't look like they have anything out for the 2018 yet (unless they're the same as 2017, but I heard the attachment points are different).

@Canyonero awesome man! Thanks for the info and I’ll be purchasing these today. The interior lights are horrific. Can’t see sh*t haha.

Never knew about the reverse lights. Had no idea.

I think Redline gas shock hood props are a good investment and will make your life easier in the long run along with Matt Gecko's under hood lighting.

Yes, they are replacement bulbs for the reverse lights. Much brighter than stock, a very sound investment. Two 10mm bolts hold each tail light assembly in place then it's just a twist and remove to pull out the socket and swap bulbs. Reverse the process. 5 minutes each side.

Thanks, I will probably go this route. I am just doing cheaper, actual usable, upgrades at the moment.
