Holy shit. Thanks for all the responses, alas I was at work all day/night dealing with employees and issues... I feel old, and like I need an assistant.

I am not worried about paying this thing off, I am fine financially now.
I plan to do lots of winter driving in Colorado and plan to beef the tires up and get some aggressive snow tires. I am not worried about the rims, I will keep my stock ones.
My wish list would look something like this: Good seat covers, tinted front windows, chrome side bars/steps.
I will not be doing much off-road driving, but the 4x4 mud flaps have GOT to go or at least shrink so I don't feel like I am destroying my Taco on each bump.

If you want aggressive snow tires, then check out the Goodyear Duratrac. They are apparently rated for severe snow service, they perform very well on road, during rainy conditions, and they have handled great during the light off roading that I have done with them. Surprisingly aggressive look for an AT tire. Everyone who has stopped to ask me about them all thought they were a MT tire.

Instead of step bars have you considered sliders? More functional, should you find yourself on a trail where they might be needed.

weathertechs where a great choice. that was my 1st and best mod IMO.

i would get some snow tires, maybe some rims or paint yours black

seat covers are nice, no need to spend so much on wet okole

the tailgate clamp mod is nice security for $1 and 2 minutes of your time

if you plan on keeping that topper on all the time i would consider the rear spring TSB

Thanks for that, what's another option of seat covers that will fit just right?

Also isn't the rear spring TSB just until 2010? My truck is the 2011

Try checking out Coverking seat covers if you don't wanna go with Wet Okoles. I've heard good things about their fitment, but I also hear that they aren't made with as high quality materials as WO.

Also, I believe that Toyota extended the TSB to 2011 for the rear springs...try searching to make sure though.

In the year since I bought my truck, I've mostly just been doing the cheap/free mods and have had a ton of satisfaction from *most of them:

    shaved down the front mud flaps; the .30 cent ear plug in the keyless sound-box "speaker" thingy mod; shorty radio antenna; seat belt chime disable; *falling tree limb to the hood mod;

other, somewhat more expensive mods to date:

Devil Horns, Michelin LTX MS2 tires (great for our NC mountains snow and on-road), Leer 100R shell, Avid light bar should be here soon!

    Best to you!
