Get rid of all emblems, replace with vinyl, much easier to clean

Good to see so many helpful responses and so few idiotic non helpful, drama riddled responses. LOL some people are just so pathetic they can't help but bring the hate to every thread they involve themselves in. :bananadead:

    Ok so :smack:back on topic...

I like the idea of the bedliner and the tweeters those are both solid must have in my option!

If it’s going to be used as a real 4x4, replace the tires, do a exhast reroute, put on some proper :transformer: (those stock pie tins will get dent up), put flappy mudflaps instead of the plastic ones (if you want them), and cut off the tailpipe bend in the rear.

All the rest of those fufu mods are not really necessary.

The air filter does not increase performance. That’s a bunch of mumbo jumbo

What about a new leaf pack that will actually carry more than 10lbs and not rest on the bump stops?

    But it comes with stickers!

Mumbo jumbo I fell for on my 1st Gen, then I had to replace the $500 air flow sensor because of it.

I see. I didn’t make sense of it at first. I was like...”make it a transformer?”

some one mentioned Mud flaps-- Rokblokz are worth the money. I know they stupid $ but they look pretty nice in my opinion and defiantly high quality material and flexible if used for off road. They are popular on ATV, utility vehicles....

(lift / wheel&tires coming soon... will nicely fill the over size flaps)

    1) OEM bedmat (100% must have). If you're cheap you can make your own. Either way - get a bedmat. You'll thank me later.

    2) Good floormats and seat covers.

    3) Invest in good car washing equipment/soaps/waxes/whatnot. It's a new car, keep it nice even if you do wheel a lot.

    4) AC drain mod - look on the 3rd gen stickies.

    5) Replace stock mudflaps to soft ones if you are gonna wheel.

Edit: 6) Tint! If you live in hot areas tinting that bitch is 100% must-have. If you park in the sun, invest in a decent sunshade. I recommend the UVS100 but there are other good ones out there.

    That's it really

Got all that except the AC drain mod. Need to upgrade my mudflaps. Gotta day I really like the molle seat covers.

Well, the bedmat just arrived. Amazon was fast. Feels grippy (silicone like texture)

Nice! lots of valuable information here! So far I am gonna do:

    - Soft wheel mud covers
    - Bed mat (not really a mod)
    - AC drain fix

    Future:

    - Get a lift
    - Beefier tires
    - Lights upgrade
    - Bed rack to put a tent on top

Pop & Lock tailgate actuator. A needed necessity IMO.

I’m sure you knew this, but...

When you decide to do tires. Research the entirety of tire widths and plies. Their purposes as well as what will affect your power and mpgs. There is a good reason I will run 255’s over 285’s when my 265’s are done
