Dang, I got some catching up to do! lol

Yeah we'll definitely have to get back up there when it opens again. It's such a fun trail to ride with some really nice views.

That bad huh? He made it most of Chestnut mt without a tow and some of that was pretty slick. Makes me want to checkout musterground even more now.

There's a couple off camber stuff and some heavily rutted sections where I had to ride the wall. If I would have fell in, it would ha've been a mess.

Ton of loose rock going up the hill after the pipes and no way I would venture up in there if it was wet.

Kinda funny, both roads are pretty fine until you get past the bridge. Chestnut Mountain has that bridge across the Horsepasture River, and Musterground has the bridge across the Thompson River. Then suddenly, fun.

This is down near Seneca, right? On the other side of Lake Jocassee than Horsepasture road near the Duke plant?

Yes, it is in the Bad Creek hydro facility where the hiking trail heads are.

Post #1 has a couple of map snippets showing where it is, too. I need to put some GPS coordinates up there.

Sweet. We need a headcount. Probably no more than 6 at the most.

Apparently there is approximately 30 miles of trails. If I'm not mistaken, last time I went my odo said 9 miles as far as I went back. That was to the big open clearing at one of the bear camps.

That clearing had 4-5 spurs off of it and would make an awesome camp spot in the fall.
