The Blackhorn 209 powder is amazing. My muzzle loader got shot 7 times in 2 weeks, loaded it the 8th time and it was as easy as the second. Cleaned the gun the other day and it was the easiest ever.

Has anyone had any luck finding Blackhorn 209 anywhere lately? Or does any one have any extra that I can purchase from them? :)

Though not a muzzleloader, I do shoot a Sharps 45-90 with Swiss and 535 grain bullet. Longest I shot and hit the RAMS was 500 meters. Hoping to do a thousand yard shot this summer.

I shoot an encore. I’ve used 777 pellets and a 250gr shockwave bullet. I’d like to try the blackhorn

I have an Encore as well, shot it 7 times last season with Blackhorn and the 7th bullet went in as easy as the 1st. It is amazing stuff!!!

Bought this cap for powder yesterday, held a jug of pyrodex and blackhorn together and they have the same lid. No more using a spoon. Saw blackhorn at Walmart and sportsman warehouse.
