Yes, there is an extra hanger that comes with the kit.
It installs into an existing hole on the left side of the frame.
It can be adjusted to a certain degree, so that you can clear the rear end of the leaf spring.

It is best to install without the spare tire, as it can limit working space drastically.

I'll try to get a picture of it later, it has been pouring for the last couple of days.

Speaking of the install, if it is the same exhaust as MBRP, then you may be able to use this installation pdf.

So I finally got around to taking pictures of the underside.
The driver side piping uses an existing hole in the frame for a hanger.

Many reports of the MBPR 3" destroying the torque on our Trucks. People saying instant power loss after install. I'd suggest holding off on the 3" until Matt graces us with his sweet succulent turbo kit. Then, and only then would I consider 3". I've got the Magnaflow Stainless on my truck. Had the Flowmaster 40 and it sounded like shit, especially after 3k rpm. This Magnaflow sounds amazing, and get comments on it all the time, even from other Yota drivers, wanting to know what I have.

I could go record what it sounds like, but we all know how well sounds recorded come through. I do have a Note8, and GoPro Black, so, if you do want me to try and record the sound anyways, let me know, and I'll hop out and do it. It's 12 degrees out right now, so you'd get some good cold start and warmed exhaust tones.
