Awesome build, and lots of fun to read through, I'm looking forward to seeing the truck in person in a couple days.

If it were me, I'd do lift first so tires will fit, then tires and gears/locker at roughly the same time. (Save until able to do both) 4.88's with 265s will be kinda slow rolling on the street.

    YMMV

smashed this, broke that, covered it up with tape and paint

    Can i suggest something?
skip total chaos and go for camburg racing or baja kits.
do long travel suspension in the front and mid travel in the back, you'll do less servicing and repair on it in the long run and youre getting product from companies that build trophy trucks for a primary business and do daily driver builds for fun.

im doing full long travel on mine through baja kits and not only are they giving me a great deal they are working with me for payment and timeline to make sure i get what i want, get it done right and get it done at a pace i can afford

    isnt that right @JT@Bajakits

I just put 315s on mine with out regearing and it drives fine. It's slower, but totally survivable. Will be rocking it like this for some time. I haven't cut fenders yet at all though. When I do regear I will be going 4.56's with arb locker in the rear. skip the front locker cuz i don't have the $$$. I'm for economy over power. your bias may vary

I run 315s without cutting because I haven't had time and have only had them on a week. Cutting will come my next free day, as well as relocating my intake to the cowl. CMC done already.

Don't get me wrong, I want both lockers but don't have the moola, and a dclb isn't going to be going up any of the dual locker necessary trails around here, that's for sure, they are way too tight =[

I'm not bashing your plan! Just saying you could do 315s first if you wanted and still be fine instead of being way over geared on 265s

ECGS GB going on now. Think they are gears/lockers only and no complete assemblies. Maybe we can work a TW discount with them if they ship them to one address.
