I traded in my 08 DCBL for a 04 Extra cab TRD. I put on a Gibson exhaust and did the deckplate mod. I did the rear diff breather mod to. I used a bulk head AN fitting to mount it to the inside of the gas door. I have infinity front speakers, MTX amp, and Kicker 10" sub in the back seat.

I started out looking like this

Then i sold the plow(no pics of the plow).

I put a set of billys on all the way around and set the fronts at 2.5 and put a toytec AAL in the back.

I also put on a sky manufacturing locker gaurd.

Some pics of the front shackles and the rear hitch shackle. They are all warn shackles and the fronts go threw the stock tow hooks and the mounts for the TRD skid plate.

looks good man, might be a good idea to change the rear diff fluid.

I did right after i put the breather on and it was really bad

Also was the bud built skid easy to throw on?

I just changed the fluid two weeks ago and again this week. I put 75-90w valvaline synthetic in it and the right rear wheel seal started to leak so i put 85-140w convtional in it this week and it stopped. What a pain in my ass. I put the synthetic in the transfer case instead of dumping it. The skid was very easy to put up. I used a floor jack to do it. It would be alot harder if you dont have one.

Thanks guys. Yea i like it more then the 08. I should have just bought a 1st gen to begin with. At least i didnt loose to much money on the deal. The dealer that took my truck in on trade had no idea that it was in a wreck. It was only cosmetic damage.

Nice ride! You should get that frame checked out! Looks like it rusting pretty good. I just got my recall notice on my 02 a few weeks back, my frame doesn't look that bad, but they are going to the CRT liner on the frame to prevent any future rust. I would definately have it checked out.

Im still around. Mostly in the UG. I traded in the taco in oct. for a 2500 dodge. I kick myself in the ass everyday for getting a dodge.
