Updated specs on first post to be more accurate. Stuff has changed over the last year a bit.

Two new things in this photo... snow and @ARCHIVE garage's fabricated shackle hangers. Very impressed with the build quality on these things and the mounting positions possible that make SOA and SUA applications possible. Great option for the other guys building multi-use / expo trucks on SOA or SUA leaf packs.

For years I have been unhappy with the lower ride height that I got with the defined SUA kit on stock shackle hangers, especially when I put my RTT on. Was considering a drastic measure (switching to air shocks instead of my bypasses) to get the rear end up 1-2" but ended up breaking my stock shackle (completely snapped in half). I called archive garage to see if they made anything and I got lucky with my timing. These let me run the front end up where it should be, both for clearance, being centered in the travel of the suspension, and for proper alignment being possible without having the front end in bro lean mode.

These will be available for sale very soon and some more detailed photos will be out as well.

Do you have any more pic of the shackle hanger? I can't really see it too well in the pic above.

Details of hangers with pictures will be released in a couple weeks. The production kits are receiving minor tweaks.

nvm i got the shock out and verified. you could use a regular 8 inch coilover but it would limit droop.

i have the same kit. do your spring cups not hit the axle or tie rod? whats your alignment specs?

I bought my shocks used and someone had already machine a groove in the spring cup to clear the axle. The tolerance is close but they don't appear to ever touch.

I end up getting around 2.5 degrees caster each side with camber within spec, off the top of my head.

Can you share a couple more up close pics of your front bumper? I’ve been trying to find people who have a tube bumper design with a winch and this is the first well done one I’ve seen. Want to make my own and see how you mounted winch to the bumper

I’ve got a thick one now that I’d just like to get rid of to take some weight off the front end

Here's what I had in my imgur account that kind of shows the front bumper well. There are a few more of the truck on my IG, @chaseoutdoors.

The design has shifted, it originally was a tube bumper with a hidden 2" receiver behind the license plate. After I destroyed that, I plated, gusseted, and reinforced the crap out of it and built what I have today, most of which is hidden from view by the plates that are welded up front. There are smarter way to go about it if you are starting from scratch, I just ended up continually adapting it until I found what I liked.

New year, new look. Vinyl wrapped the truck in Avery SW900 Satin Khaki. Local shops were quoting several thousand bucks. Bought $600 worth of vinyl and did it myself with decent results and a lot of left extra vinyl. New wheels and tires as well.
