Hey man love your truck. Any places to go wheel over by you?

On the driver's side of the rack you will find a large lock nut and screw with 4 slots in the head. Loosen the lock nut (I used a large crescent wrench) and tighten the screw until it is firm. Back off 1/8 to 1/4 turn. Test the steering wheel to make sure you have a free range of motion. If you go too tight it will be difficult to turn the steering wheel / hit spots of difficulty. Tighten the lock nut and you're done.

In this pic the tip of the screw driver is on the adjustment screw.

Do at your own risk. I'm not a mechanic. But it worked for me. No more wandering and so much more responsive.

It's really only offroad parks and forest roads out here. No trails or places to haul ass, at least not sizable areas.

SMORR is about an hour from the installation and is a great offroad park. Mostly rock crawling and tighter trails.

I was about to buy another rack.

I bet you've been doing the same thing I was. Always chasing play in the steering. Was so frustrating.

Ah ok. It looks like SMORR is only 3 and a half hrs away from me. How often do you go there?

Not too frequently. I have a two year old and an infant so I can't take the whole family off-roading and I feel bad leaving them for the day to go wheeling.

    Pro comp extreme AT.

Same thing I have now, just bigger. I've had two sets, they've been great tires.

    Been busy.

ScanGauge II has been relocated into the center overhead console (replacing compass/temp gauge)

    Installed bluetooth and heated seats

    Had remote start installed

Truck is nearing completion, which will be marked by ARB air lockers and 4.56 gears going in within the next few months.

Build thread is being redone. Updated pictures in the first post.

Went with the line of the fender flare mounting holes. Didn't want to deal with the holes.
