    Switches...

Still have a back up light switch to add to the bottom row and an air compressor to add to the top row (in place of factory fog light switch). Will eventually replace the inverter switch with a matching ottratw switch.

ABS disable mod was a bitch... but finally got it work. Ended up wiring the SPST switch to a SPDT relay in order to get things in the right order. For folks wanting to do this to trucks without a locker of vsc, order an SPDT switch and use TW user Landphil's thread for a how to.

Bed cage is ready for paint. The vertical open top tubes are for a roof top tent rack. I have plastic caps for them. The removable crossbar holds 4 VP fuel cans or 2 VP fuel cans and two five gallon water jugs snugly. I found water jugs that are nearly the same exact footprint as the VP fuel jugs. Bed cage is a bolt in.

Between the spring perches, shock mounts (axle), and bed cage I went through almost 6 pounds of flux core wire.

Bed cage is in, shocks are mounted, 23" stainless steel brake lines installed, rotors and hawk pads in up front installed, inner heim replaced on AP tie rods, rear diff breather mod done, and RTT removed from box and prepped to build its rack.

    Pics to come

    Thanks man.

My knuckles are busted, I'm cut, bruised, and burned. I drank brake fluid. Right eye is blurry from getting hit by a spark (was wearing eye pro it came under). Last week has been 100 MPH of working on the truck.

What I lack in skill and experience I make up for with stubbornness and a high tolerance for pain.

Word to the wise - if you use a poweraide bottle as a catch can clearly mark it as such. Didn't swallow so no ER trip.

Gears and Lockers are the next big thing. Full skids front to rear is also on the agenda.

Maybe a roll cage someday, although I am more inclined to wait a year or two and buy one of those new RZR 1000's and beat on that instead.

Gears and lockers was the best decsision for my truck to save my tranny and not go through a clutch so fast with the big meats i have.

i would buy used utv personally. But that polaris 1000 should be badass.

Drove 45 minutes to get the shocks a nitrogen charge today, did some exploring on the way home and put everything through an initial test run, everything was great. Definitely going to get the extra leafs for the defined pack though. Lost some ride height from my previous spring over axle set up.
