Front end was smashed, replaced radiator, condenser, receiver/dryer, a few A/C lines. Still needs some separating but it needed to be able to drive with A/C so my uncle and myself made it work.
When I turn the key in my ignition, and subsequently turn the engine over, there comes from the passenger side of the car a noise like a droning buzz. Brother in law says it might be the blower motor, but I have it in hand and there appears to be no correlation between it and the droning buzzing noise.

Only when starting? Might be a poor connection to the starter or a weak battery.

    No, it persists when driving.

In this area; the video I took of the noise itself will not load.

Does your truck have ABS ? They are known to make a buzzing noise when mal-functioning.

Christ, that is quite the noise you have there, can you hear it from under the hood?

Right? Not so much, it definitely sounds like it emanates from inside the cab as opposed to coming from under the hood.

What is plugged into your radio? could that be causing some interference and feeding back into your speakers. I sounds like a electrical hum/buzz.

That is merely a Bluetooth auxiliary hook up, and has no apparent bearing on the noise, plugged in or unplugged.

It almost sounds like your air mixer, but your ac isn't on, don't know if still functions if the air is off, you would be able to see the little white peice spinning if that was the issue

Whatever is making that loud noise, must be vibrating as well.
Can you feel around under there, touching everything and see if you can 'feel' the noise-maker?

Damn thats alot louder than i was expecting.

Honestly cant even think of anything in that area that would be making that noise(since the blower motor was ruled out). The ecu itself???

    What would the ECU be?

I would just start reaching in with your finger and start feeling everything. I don't think the blower motor would sound like that. Maybe some kind of relay. Start turning things on and off, "I mean everything" one at a time and see if the sounds changes. Make sure that what you turn on or off is actually doing what its post to do. Where is the reset button for the emergency fuel shut off located at?

I'll have to do that; and I did notice that the droning modulates whenever I have the indicator lights on, when changing lanes or with the emergency lights on.

Pop the fuses out that runs the lights one by one. That will narrow it down in a flash:)

Is there a diagram I can reference to determine which fuse controls the lights? Either in the Haynes manual or the fuse box cover itself?
