    Look at build!
    the mesh is cut slightly larger than the rim of the grill and you use strategically placed nuts and bolts around the grill surround held in place by some kind of epoxy glue. at least thats how ive seen it done:D

    Search for a write up of a 2nd Gen satashi and id imagine its practically the same for the 1st Gens.
