Thanks, mine are pretty beat up and in need of some loving.

 

Prep work is key. I would do five to six coats for a good overall finish.

 

Got a new camper shell. Need to color match it when I get the new paint on the truck. Some minor things to fix but overall pretty happy with it.

 

Finally got some right ditch brackets !

shame, i was just thinkin that i'd like to find a set for my truck. those are 15" right? are you running wheel spacers to clear the front calipers?

 

15” and no spacers whatsoever.

 

i did some looking too and i think i found them. just typed in '15" alloy D window wheels' and these popped up in google images. looks like they are made by Black Rock and are sold under the name: Series 909B Type D. I'm assuming that they are so named because of their D-window spoke pattern. these ones look to be the 15x8 6 lug wheels with a -12mm offset and a 4" backspace.

do you have any rubbing with those tires on the frame or body?

I just removed that cap/cover. Believed it looks better without it.

 

sweet! looks like that wheel and tire combo is getting added to my ever growing build list! lol.

 

Finally had time to drop off the shell to get it painted. Went ahead and chose Matte black.

After ............ don’t have time today to get the pic a bit too dark outside. I’ll get one tomorrow. Guess not used to the look. Like how the white and black looked.

 

Well here it is........ still used to the white and back combo. Tell me what you guys think. Didn’t get the opportunity to get better pictures.

the paint looks great, how’s the matte color holding up now that it’s been through a couple seasons? And to be fair, the white lettering was the right choice. Adds a little contrast to the all black truck.
