    One thing no one has brought up yet. Is the other driver taking responsibility for not yielding or are you on the hook since you technically rammed into them, unless you have a dashcam?

    I never came back to this, sorry! THe other driver and I never really spoke. Police report made it clear I was not at fault. Their insurance ended up paying for it all and I even got like $4K extra for some medical and inconvenience!
