I took on water in my Tacoma up to the dash, I have replaced the engine with a brand new rebuild, i have replaced the ECM, i have had the ac control module replaced along with the actuator circuit boards, the fuse box in the engine compartment didn't go under water just intake side, i had the fuse box in the cab replaced and cleaned the connector's, before changing the fuse box in the cab the truck would drive fine turning left and right i drove it to the shop, now that i have replaced the fuse box and actuator circuit boards, while driving home when i turn slight right engine shuts down, when i straighten the wheel it starts up again? the code reads the coil packs are shutting down all 6 ugh frustrated, its been a 1 year 4 month project getting my beloved Tacoma back in action I'm asking for suggestions thanks in advance. my friend at work said there might be a collision wheel sensor that is shutting down the motor, when turning right while getting towed out of the mess i got myself in i did bend the tie rod on the right-hand side passenger could this be the problem any insight would help?

I would suspect a rubbed/pinched wire somewhere or a connector not plugged in all the way, have you tried wiggling wires while the engine is running and seeing if it stalls?

I second this. I've seen this multiple times and it's almost always an electrical connection. Make sure battery is firmly strapped in and connections are clean and tight then check the connections for your grounding cables. Last time I saw this issue the ground cable between the frame and block was corroded through at one end and only held together by the insulation. Let the truck idle and wiggle ground cables. If you wiggle a bad one you'll know.

    Not just the ground cables.
Grab any you can see and give them a good shake/tug.
Start with the bigger wire looms and work your way toward the smaller wires.

This. Ground cables are a good place to start because they're generally easy to get to but if it's not one of them definitely check other wires.

I agree check the battery cables. And the main power feeds where they enter the fuses box. Also it might be worth pulling the steering column covers and looking at the ignition switch

Does it do it even when moving/turning slowly (ie. @ any speed), or only if you're going at "driving speed?"

What, specifically, is the code that you're getting?

I assume you have reset the ECM, and all the same codes come up? It's interesting that BOTH rear O2 sensors on both banks are throwing low voltage codes - along with a MAF code at the same time. Are the sensors new?

You may want to check the grounds at ground point EE, all the coils and some of the ECM grounds are on that ground point.
