So far this forum has been great for finding information regarding the Tacoma and for taking care of a new car in general. I really wanted the nautical blue, but not only was it difficult to find, I finally decided that the silver will look better in 12 years. At least more than likely. I see many older silver cars that still look great.

I just got rid of a Ford Ranger BLACK...and it really got on my last nerve trying to keep it looking clean and keeping scratches cleaned up. After a while I just gave up....with the scraps and dings that just kept popping up it wasn't worth the trouble.

I'm looking to add a truck cap, bedrug, and maybe some seat covers. I have a 4 year old and will most likely be the nemesis to a clean interior.

Welcome, your first new truck looks AWESOME!
I highly recommend wet okole or coverking type seat covers. Pricey but so worth it.

Thanks for all of the responses so far.

I picked it up on Saturday....finished the process 3 hrs after they closed. I'm still looking for excuses to drive somewhere....lol. I told my wife...if she needs me to run an errand she should take advantage now before the excitement wears off....lol

Nice job ditching the Ford for a taco! Welcome to the TW.. Your truck won't stay stock for long once you read up on all the DIY's here.

Update...just had the black tube steps and remote start added today. Also, was given a hitch receiver for free with the 2 3/4" drop down. No ball though....can't complain when it was free ...lol.

Silver was the original color I wanted! Dealer gave me an offer I couldn't refuse and I settled for the Super White!

    Enjoy!

I'm afraid to ask, but it looks like you have the same exact truck that I have but different color.....I paid $29,725....how did you do? I think I got a good price. The MSRP was $32,805.

That was with the tube steps and remote start....about $990 total for those.
