My 2014 makes an air compressor noise on shut down for 3 sec

My 2014 Tacoma makes a compressor noise upon shut down for about 3 seconds?

 

That's just your secondary intake fan motor. My 15 is the same. You get used to it after a while.

 

My 13 does the same thing. Nothing wrong......very normal.

That is the secondary air injection pump, the computer runs it a couple seconds at shutdown to purge moisture from the lines.

I’ve noticed the same noise on mine, more recently as of late as I just did the Uni Filter mod on it. When I first installed my Cold Air Intake years ago, this pump had to be relocated to the front of the engine bay and remounted. Never really paid any attention to it until recently, and once I did the mod on the filter for it, I’ve noticed it’s much louder when shutting the engine down.
