I don't know that one. I'll have to check it out. How long have you had it? Do you like it?

Here is a pic of the Taco in her element. Other trucks were getting stuck in the sand but not this one on 285s. I didn't even have to lower my air pressure I could just drive around like I would on asphalt. The CB antenna was only temporary for this trip as it was 8 hrs up a bush trail...

Awesome. I also have 34s and wish there were our size, but I think those will be a good choice for our few months winter. Thanks

Nice... Other than the lousy bluetooth cell phone connection mine has been pretty good. I'm in my 3rd year now.

And you get a little more torque for towing in the winter with the smaller wheels :)

For the tonneau cover I went with the Bakflip MX4. It's easy to remove when necessary and keeps my hockey equipment dry when its raining :)

Do you have rubbing on that front tire? Looks pretty tight in that pic.

Ya. I saw that when I added this picture. Not a good picture, I guess. The wheels are cocked to the left in the pic and it makes it look bad from where I was standing when I took pic. Next time I wash my truck I'll take new pictures with the wheels straight.

To answer your question, I managed to get the 34s on with no rubbing but it requires alot of cutting and/or heat gun. If you don't want trouble I'd stop at 33s. They were much easier to fit.

Just did my first oil filter change with the Motivx oil filter wrench that I picked up off Amazon. I recommend this tool. It was way easier to change the oil filter than the last time I did it without it.

For my brake controller for towing I did the Tekonsha Primus IQ. I originally had purchased the Tekonsha P3 because I think it looks nicer. But in my 2021 model I couldn't find a good spot to put it at all. There just isn't any room. So I decided to just reuse a Primus IQ that I already have. What I did is just put a piece of velcro tape and stick it just to the left of my knee under the panel. It's in the way but I don't use it that often. So I only put it in when needed.

For my towing coupler I did the Weigh Safe LTB10-2 10" drop. It was one of the only ones I could find in Aluminum and stainless steel balls with a big enough drop to pin to my trailer which has a low deck. So far I like it but it does have one flaw. If you are going all the way to the bottom for the 10" drop, the ball on the underside will hang down lower than necessary and could/has cause ground clearance issues.
