What are the measurements of your wheels? Offset, backspacing, diameter?

well i installed a fat bobs lift which gave me about a 2.5 or 3 inch lift? and yeah i did have to cut this squarish plastic box out (there was no point of the little box in the first place) but after that no more rubbing

    That a 2wd or 4x4/Prerunner? Can't tell if it's a 5 or 6 lug!

If it's a 5 lug, any issues hauling up the mountain grades with the tires that big, or did you regear? I went to 31x9.50 on my '94 22RE and it was a real dog.
