My ac center section not blowing

My ac blower drive and passenger side is blowing however not blowing center 2 section blower and also I have replaced the mode actuator and blend actuator on both side every noun if I needed to adjust my temperature heat to cold it gets hot when the arrow is point to the cold selection even the I have top it off the refrigerant on the low pressure line can anyone help what else I can do to be able to make it work again and also could be my AC unit control needs to be replaced or dry receiver, or My heat core any thoughts? I really appreciate. Thank you so much. I have cleaned out all the AC filter and blower underneath of passenger side.
