Toyota made Dana Inc. pay for the frame replacements.

You're in Harrisburg, get your truck treated with Krown. There is a place right in Mechanicsburg that does it called Cumberland Line-X. I drive 80 miles on way to have Krown applied annually. There really is no comparison in quality. My truck is a 2011 with not a single spot of rust anywhere. You won't regret it.

    Edit: http://www.linexofmechanicsburg.com

I swear I don't have a stake in the company but they have treated me very well and Krown is some awesome stuff. Not many places in the US to get this done. It's a big time operation in Canadia and is just starting to make its way into the North East US.

I have a 2015 and am planning on using a combination of sanding/cleaning and fluid film annually to keep my frame and other components from excessively rusting. I'm a self employed home inspector and one thing I explain to all my buyer is that everything/houses are always in a state of deterioration even though you can't see obvious changes on a daily basis, our job is to slow that process down and the same goes for our frames and the overall care for our trucks.

My questions are, is fluid film the best product to use on a new frame with very little rust? Should I sand and paint the easy area's then apply the fluid film or just sand and apply fluid film skipping the paint?

Noob here. Just got a 2007 Tacoma with a brand new frame. Someone mentioned re-routing the AC condensate line. I noticed water coming from the new frame, across from the driver's side wheel. Is that where the water is supposed to drain from? Is there a link someplace that shows how to reroute this?

The output is on the passenger side frame. Open the engine hood and look down towards the firewall. You'll see it. I used a coupler and peiece of fuel hose to route it lower. Sorry no pics.

Yeah, 'little leaky tube' isn't often to the forefront of my mind. Usually it is when I have an appointment with the rectumologist.

Now I know where to look. Thanks!

Searching 'AC condensate drain' will bring up numerous other threads too...

My 06 recently got the WD40 Long-Term Corrosion Inhibitor treatment. It has never been North of St Augustine but still had some surface rust.
