I have stock 2011 DCSB. Want to upgrade with soon , but sitting on the fence. Can you tell us about the cost of the whole package.?
I have to do this right the first time. I am mostly concerned about too rough a ride.
    Would appreciate your thoughts.
    Thanks
    Tom

Looks good Fred. Did you install the lift yourself or have it installed? I've been looking for a shop here in Houston with no avail (bad reviews, too pricey).

Looks good. OME is a fantastic suspension upgrade. You'll really love it when offroading.

I got the suspension package from Toyteclifts.com. It is the OME Suspension lift with 1/4" spacers in front and AAL in the rear. I also got the Light Racing UCA's and spidertrax spacers at the same time. I know they have a coupon code for the forums for a 5% discount. Luckily at the time I was ready to purchase they were offering a group buy code for 10% off. As far as the tires, they were pretty pricey. You can get an idea of the cost from the Toytec website.

As far as the ride, i like it much better than stock. It is a bit stiffer but not harsh. There is less body roll when cornering and it seems more "sure footed". I used the spidertrax spacers because I was going to 285's and wanted to use the stock wheels.

Luckily I got a helping hand from a local forum member. Like you I had been searching for a place to do the lift for me because I didnt have the tools or experience and didnt want to get raped. That helping hand saved me alot of money and also made me more confortable working on my truck. Before this, i never really worked on my vehicles besides simple oil changes and brake changes.

Hate the eye lids but love everything else. Especially the color and discrete but still modified look.
