I had the frame repaired with a safe T cap at the passenger side with a new leaf spring mount over the rear passenger wheel.

Now my bed is crooked and I’d like to straighten it. If you look at the pics the bed does not align with the cab, there’s more space between them at the top vs the bottom.

Is there some kind of adjustment or spacer that can be made or added for this issue or short of major expense do I just have to live with it?

Kind of looks like they welded it while it was up on a two post lift. It is supposed to be done while there is weight on the wheels to help keep things in line. You could probably shim the bed up and not notice it but first run it up to highway speed and see how it drives and then make sure the alignment is good, it might be out of whack from being welded out of position.

Seems to drive okay at highway speeds. Safe T cap told me that they weld frames on lifts all the time and shouldn’t affect the alignment.

Did you have both sides capped? I did both of mine, but left everything on the ground when I did it and things still line up great. Maybe see if it isn't just a collapsed bed mount, that can happen in rust prone areas.

Remains to be seen I bought the tires and wheels the rest came along
A good body shop for a few thousand should be able to perhaps make you happy.

Myself I never would have even noticed a minor thing like that.

If your not happy no matter what it will never be correct in your eyes!

I have encountered this many times over the years . Sell the truck and be done.

I am sure with some thinking trial and error you could make it look better in your eyes But you will never really be happy.

Most people are happy the truck has another few years to live.

    Good luck!

Thanks! Collapsed bed mount. I will look into this.

Also, no only the passenger side was capped.

Looks like your driver rear corner is higher than everything else. If you look at the front bed wall, it looks like it is perfectly parallel to the lines on the cab. I wouldn't focus too much on the body line alignment on the bedsides and cab sides, my truck was like that because the body mounts start to sag.

The bed is hard mounted using 6 bolts. You could put shims or washers on the on the passenger rear corner to see if you can straighten it out. I would suggest doing this while parked on a perfectly level surface, not grass.

If you loosen all the bolts, you can also shift the bed around quite a bit. It does not self align.
