What's up guys! I just picked up my brand new TRD OR 2022 Lunar Rock Tacoma. My brakes are pulsating/vibrating. Typically when I'm going very slow or press the brakes very gently. Is this common? My truck is brand new and had 0 miles on it, so I am curious if I should be concerned or if this a common break in period for brand new Tacomas

Welcome to Tw. There have been a few threads in previous years with caliper was sticking.
It's not normal, that is for sure. I would make an appointment with the dealer and get it checked. Hopefully its something simple like the caliper pins need some lube.

Are you feeling the actual brakes pulsate or the pedal? The pedal can have a weird feeling vibration feedback from the electric brake booster that is totally different from what you feel on most vehicles.

It feels like it's just the pedal. It even does it when I am in park and I press the brake

It’s under warranty, take it back to the dealer now! Your brakes shouldn’t be pulsating or vibrating.

I’d put money on it just being the feeling of the electric booster charging the brake accumulator. Your off-road doesn’t have vacuum boost brakes like most vehicles so it’s going to definitely feel a little different. Worth taking it in to make sure though.

Our brand new TRD Offroad Lunar Rock is doing this too. Haven't taken it to the dealer yet. Did you get yours looked at?
