My break pedal keeps going to the floor

    Can someone help explain step 3 of the testing process to me? Not sure how to block off the break ports on the master cylinder? Do I just pinch all 4 break lines?

    I'm thinking they want you to use brake hose clamp tools on all rubber brake hoses at each wheel.
