image.jpg image.jpg I had the white 04 Tacoma since I was about 15 when my dad gave it to me around 5 years ago. This past thanksgiving I was rear ended by a woman and ended up totaling it and I got pretty nice check for the condition of the truck. Anyways, my dad passed down the indigo truck and got a 2016 Tacoma (jealous) but I was excited to get a 4 door 4wd Tacoma.
Now to the truck, I'm running 265/75/16 duratracs with no lift whatsoever. I'm looking at putting a 2 in leveling kit on (don't hate). Haven't found the time to do it with being a full time student also. Besides the leveling kit I don't intend on doing much more to it besides maybe aluminum running boards. Can't really justify getting a bigger lift and tires when I get by just fine in the woods hunting and still have to keep good gas mileage in mind.

Sounds like a plan post some pics we you get the kit on the truck. Im thinking about doing the same thing and running bigger tires. What kind of lift kit you plan on installing.

It's a rough country 2 in. I had a 3 in hell bent steel on the 04 but they didn't have abutting below 2.5

How do you like the 265/75/16 Duratracs? Are they load range E or C?
Thinking of putting the same tires on my truck.

I believe they're C. The first truck was 2WD and surprisingly they were able to move me through mud and sand decently. Haven't ran into anything serious to need to really test them yet on the newer one. They're not too loud just a slight hum. If you have no lift they'll rub when fully turned but besides the frame a little bit of trimming is all you need

Will the Hell Bent Steel 2.5" spacers work on a 2016? Already have a 4" spindle lift but looking for that 6.5".
Rep said she personally hasn't put one on a 16' so she can't guarantee fitment but has had customers tell her they worked on their 16's.
