I really like the blue needles! Did you get the lights from superbrightled?

only 4! they have a bunch of colors to choose from too. but be sure to get 194 wedge bulbs. and get one that have at least 5-6 LEDs on it or else it wont light up the entire cluster as well

It usually is the first time you take it off cause it's difficult to know what you're doing. Haha but it's really easy. All you need is a 10mm socket, a Phillips head, and elbow greese! You can PM me if you have any questions. I've taken my dash apart about 5 times this week.

Also while he was wiring a few things, I put in new clear corner lights on the bumper. Looks so much better than that orange!

Where did you get those clear lenses? I could use some!

haha yeah... it was my first time dealing with wiring so he showed me but I didn't want to mess with it. I know right? So much better. I got them off ebay and for pretty cheap I believe too.

No problem! They should come with some amber bulbs and I used those because the bulbs with behind the orange lenses are just clear

Do you have any more pics of how you made your grill? I really like the looks of it and you had enough room for lights behind it. A buddy showed me how he did his and he cant fit anything behind it.

The pictures at the beginning of the thread are the only ones I have but they do show how much I had to cut out! The picture above shows how much room I had to work with. Its just on 98-00 the radiator support bar is super closer to the radiator and cant fit much between that and the support.
I went through two sets of lights trying to find ones that fit and these ones are just some cheap eBay ones.. Ill take some pictures tonight on how unlevel they are when lit up. Its almost like a police spotlight because they are faced inward a little

how did you isolate and not derp the outer ring on the rim?!
or did you razor the derp off the ring or something?
    that looks awesome!

Thanks! I liked them until I realized I like my chrome more! I put my painting sheet around the tire and taped off the remaining so no tire showed. Then just taped off the outer ring with masking tape.

I've never had luck with letting the derp dry and razor cutting it so I just peel the tape while it's still wet

Came back from Germany to find that my dad had found a deal on 2013 tacoma stock rims and brand new P245/75R16 Dunlop AT20 Grand Trek so he added them onto my truck and sold the old wheels. I liked the old rims better but I did need new tires so can't complain! Wish they were meaner tires and rims but I like them. Smooth ride.

Thinking about dipping the rim black and keeping the cap silver or or painting them gun metal. Will photoshop and see!
