    I’d beg to differ. TW is good for honest research and reviews, and has referred me to a lot of my purchases, namely the slider purchase in this thread as well. ¯\_(ツ)_/¯

    I’ll definitely keep the thread updated with my honest and objective (as much as possible) review. I’m not here to try to down talk anyone.

    I wasn’t able to get it sorted out because the person was busy with an install and seemed just as confused about it. He said that he talked to Joe about the mix up on site but didn’t get anything definitive


    I can agree with that and this is one of the more sensible responses I’ve heard. I can’t slight their customer service as it’s been great.

    It’s more-so an ongoing thread about my experience with things.

    I spoke to Jason and we spoke about it and we will work on getting your sliders you ordered and we can offer you free shipping so you won't have to make the travel or a free install. I will look into it on Monday and see how fast we can get you what we should of got you in the first place.

    Sooo.....you're not mad, you're fine with the customer service so far but you decided to post this thread why? Oh, to let everyone know that companies, a great one at that, sometimes make a mistake and everyone on this forum should know about it. Gee, thanks.

    Edit: After calling out Domello for no reason the owner chimes in, on the weekend, and gets the "unresolved" issue resolved within two posts. Seems like a simple phone call to them on Monday would have done the same.

    Decided to post the thread because I couldn’t get it resolved on the spot, because it was a weekend. No hard feelings here minus a bit of frustration which they’ve made right.
