There's no such thing as bad publicity. Sometimes it truly is hard to understand that.

First and foremost we want to apologize for any mixup that might of happened. We usually do not work on the weekends and at the time I was not available to take Daniels phone call. We will evaluate the issue first thing Monday morning and we will take care of you. Once again we deeply apologize and you will be hearing from me on Monday.

Thanks Joe. No complaints here and thank you for trying to arrange the pickup outside of business hours. Enjoy your weekend.

I spoke to Jason and we spoke about it and we will work on getting your sliders you ordered and we can offer you free shipping so you won't have to make the travel or a free install. I will look into it on Monday and see how fast we can get you what we should of got you in the first place.

Only a 1/4 fuel is what’s shocking to me.

Especially since they can turn the frown upside down. This is good publicity.

Sooo.....you're not mad, you're fine with the customer service so far but you decided to post this thread why? Oh, to let everyone know that companies, a great one at that, sometimes make a mistake and everyone on this forum should know about it. Gee, thanks.

Edit: After calling out Domello for no reason the owner chimes in, on the weekend, and gets the "unresolved" issue resolved within two posts. Seems like a simple phone call to them on Monday would have done the same.

Decided to post the thread because I couldn’t get it resolved on the spot, because it was a weekend. No hard feelings here minus a bit of frustration which they’ve made right.

:) at least it’s a testament to their awesome customer service.

Elias, Once again i apologize, i couldn't get you informed today, but I'm looking to get your sliders done within the next couple of weeks, we obviously dropped the ball and made the wrong ones for you. We will make it right.

No problem. Thank you for making it right and sorry for not contacting you fine folk directly  not hitting the trail for a bit, so that’s alright.

Same thing happened to me. Joe and Jason resolved the issue by shipping for free. Took about 18 weeks in total.

Dang... I'm going into the 12th week for my Dominator order. I guess that's how it is right now. Well, I've been doing light off roading the past year without any serious damages. Banged up the underside a little bit at the Ocotillo Wells off road practice area a few weeks ago, but no major damage. I guess I can wait longer for what seems to be good quality rock sliders. For those who have it, is it worth the wait? @guwoptaco
