I recently ordered some parts from about five different vendors and I have to say DSM really stood out from the crowd.

I realize they get quite a bit of positive comments here but I didn't realize how good they were until I actually dealt with them. It seems like a no brainer but it's hard to get exeptional customer service these days, which I don't really get but it is what it is. Not only was DSM very polite and helpful, they were also extremely knowledgeable-not to mention they beat Toytec's price on a set of 5100's by a pretty good amount.

Shipping was fast and communication was excellent. UPS made a mistake when trying to deliver and DSM was all over it, checking into the problem and following up twice to assure me the issue was resolved.

The economy isn't the best and hasn't been for a while and it's service like this that will make a business resilliant in tough times. If more people treated their customers like DSM they would be way more profitable. I dealt with a couple of other well known companies and it is shocking the way they talk to potential customers.... needless to say they didn't get my money unless I had absolutely no other option.

    Hats off to DSM!
