My factory wiper blades are bad after 1 month :/

    is this the whole arm or just the rubber inserts....when I have mine replaced at the 20k, i asked for blades to be change paid $40....maybe I should have asked for inserts

    2yrs on the OE wipers, still look good as new. I do clean my windshield with vinegar/water mix and 0000 steelwool, but that probably doesn't help the longevity of the wipers though.

    mine make squeaking noise at 4 months, no streak but annoy me enough. Probably gonna upgrade to rain x.

    I agree about not using alcohol, what you should use is denatured alcohol to clean the wiper blades and do it a few times till no black residue is coming off on the rag.

    Seriously though...I'm still original Sept 2015 blades.....I bought a set of inserts to have on hand, but not used them yet.... 3 winters and still good.

    I think Toyota OEM are the best wipers out there..!! :thumbsup:..:canada:
