    recessed billet, blacked out valence,cheaters lrgm, 5100's all around, painted rims, weathertechs, painted pinch weld, 33" Hankook m/t, mkw wheels, tsb leafs
    Just finished recessing my billet grille. I went for 3/4ish depth like on Vince's XR. Took a bunch of time. Lemme know what you think...

    15% tinted back window, 25% on sides. Jardine catback exhaust system. horn modification, AFE pro dry S filter and secondary filter removed. All weather toyota tacoma mats.

    Thanks guys it was actually a lot fun having a project to work on...
    As for the grille it was a regular billet i picked up off ebay. i had to trim and grind a lot off the sides and bottom to get it to recess back and i had to j b weld some new tabs onto it.. dgerm i would advise you to check all the great write ups on satoshis because that was the first step in the process and give yourself at least a couple days to finish it

    thats a different way to agree. ive seen a couple with the lower portion recessed and it looks sweet. hopefully i can get started on that by next week
